When you make an enquiry or request a survey, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, project location, preferred dates, kitchen plans, photographs and other information you choose to provide about your project.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare a quotation and take steps towards or administer an installation contract. The lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our customer service.

Who receives it

Information is shared only where necessary with service providers that help us operate the website and handle enquiries, including Netlify, or with professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information or use form submissions for unrelated marketing.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become customer projects are normally deleted within 24 months of the last contact.
